What are the ingredients?
The biscuits made are primarily vanilla biscuits, made of both plain and self raising flour, sugar, butter, eggs and golden syrup. These added ingredients make for a much tastier biscuit and they compliment the royal icing on top!
Other flavours are available on request, so if you have a favourite flavour do get in touch!
What is the icing made of?
The biscuits are iced using royal icing, made of egg white and icing sugar, I am currently looking at using a dried egg white powder instead of eggs as I am passionate about minimising waste and there are only so many left over egg yolks I can get through!
I use a range of different food colourings, my preferred food colours are a gel colour by Colour Splash.
What about gluten free?
I can and have done gluten free biscuits, these are available on request. Whilst they are made in the same area as normal biscuits, they are made separately and equipment is cleaned carefully to avoid cross contamination.
